Listing Search - Visitors can now search for listings directly on the site. All data comes from the local Northern Colorado MLS (IRES) via an IDX feed. Users can request showings/tours, save favorites, save search criteria, and enable new listing alerts based on preferred areas and other listing criteria!
Community Explorer - Now you can explore Northern Colorado communities, areas, and neighborhoods on the website. Learn about the history of Northern Colorado cities, research the amenities and details of neighborhoods and areas, and see the most recent market data. Check out active listings, see school ratings, and check out a selection of curated, hand-picked restaurants, coffee shops, and more!
Flex Cash Offers - Now you can directly request, view, and compare cash offer options for your home! Check out various types of iBuyer/cash investor offers, including our innovative "Cash+" offers, which allow you to sell quickly for cash while retaining the upside of a full-service market sale — complete with an additional payout if we are able to sell your home for more on the open market!
Instant Property Value Estimates - Yes, we know plenty of websites offer quick property value estimates. There's even a fancy acronym for these algorithmic estimates: Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). The difference is that the NoCo Flex version is hand-tuned and uses a more robust methodology than most. Enter any address; it spits out a range and a midpoint. Want a more accurate valuation? Okay interacting with a human being? Request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Yes, another three-letter acronym that just means valuation—except this one’s done by a real person: a licensed broker with 12+ years of experience — and a pretty good one at that. More specifically: me. I promise that you'll get a far more accurate value than most online estimates (Zillow included).
