NoCo Flex Real Estate already offers the most comprehensive service available in the market with our ‘Comprehensive’ listing plan and a huge part of what makes this package great is the inclusion of our ‘No Surprises’ package – a suite of pre-listing due diligence services provided at no cost to the client which are designed to minimize the chances of any costs or delays in the process after your listing goes ‘under contract’.

Today, we’re making this ‘No Surprises’ listing package even better by introducing the ‘Pre-Inspection Guarantee’. This addition is intended to provide even more peace of mind and security of wallet (if you will) by mitigating the financial impact of potential negotiations following a buyer’s home inspection.

Here’s how it works: The ‘Pre-Inspection Guarantee’ involves a NoCo Flex RE approved inspector conducting a pre-inspection of your listing. After this pre-inspection, the inspector will produce a report and based on the results of the report NoCo Flex RE will provide a dollar amount guarantee that will apply to any subsequent sale with the brokerage. The amount of the guarantee will depend on the number and degree of any issues noted on the pre-inspection, with the maximum amount for exceptionally clean and well taken care of homes earning a Pre-Inspection Guarantee of up to $2,000.

Later, when your home goes under contract to be sold and a prospective buyer requests repairs or monetary concessions (credits) we will contribute financially towards these, up to this set limit (that is, of course, unless we’re able to negotiate them away in the first). Yes, you heard that right. We’ll literally help you pay for the costs incurred based on any agreed to inspection concessions.
